Really good Hotel Experience!

I found the beds very big and comfortable. The bathroom had a bath, something I really appreciated. I had a modern room with a great view ( nice).
The staff were very friendly and helpful . The breakfast offered a good variety of options. I appreciated the fresh fruit selection. I was grateful.
The room I was assigned had some maintenance issues. The shower door did not close properly, inconvenient. I thank you.

worn bedcar park
i was a little disappointed . the room seemed really warm, though the bar area felt quite chilly. i think the bed was a bit worn. also, i was not able to use the discount ticket for the car park (this was frustrating).
I found breakfast quite good with many options. The staff was very friendly and helpful . My room was spacious and well-kept. I easily accessed the parking garage across from the hotel. A discount was available.
The pillows in my room were too thick for my liking, making it a little uncomfortable to sleep.

The room included shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the shower. Several mirrors helped with getting ready in the morning and the lighting was good. Plenty of plug sockets were available.

The hotel staff was very polite and ready to assist with my needs. They helped my daughter get her jacket back. She forgot it at the hotel. Customer service here is excellent and helpful.
